​Instrumentation / Service Engineers Munster & Leinster Regions

We are currently hiring  Instrumentation / Service Engineer's for a role servicing our clients in the Munster & Leinster region.

Responsibilities:
 
•       Ensure appropriate preparation for all client visits is undertaken i.e. required test equipment, tools, forms etc.

•       Wiring, configuration / setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of temperature, pressure, flow, humidity, level, weighing systems, control valves, density & viscosity instrumentation, controllers & chart recorders as well as pH and conductivity analysers.

•       Maintain all documentation i.e. schedules, calibration certificates, service reports, work permits, timesheets    etc. in an organised and controlled manner in compliance with our customers regulated needs.

•       Work with client personnel as required to facilitate service and maintenance activities.

•       Develop and implement systems for scheduling and documenting the performance of calibration activities.

•       Trend and analyse performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of calibration systems.

•       Marshal and Co-ordinate vendor service level agreements.


Skills/Experience Required:


•     Literacy in Computer Operating Systems and applications such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

•     Ability to read and understand technical manuals, electrical drawings and engineering documentation.

•       Good working knowledge of instrumentation, electrical panels, electrical components etc.

•       Excellent Communication / Documentation and Interpersonal skills.

•       Previous experience in the Dairy & Manufacturing industries a distinct advantage.

•       Ability to work independently on technical issues that arise also a distinct advantage.


Minimum Qualification Required:

City & Guilds 225 Parts 1, 2 & 3, or Diploma in Industrial Automation & Controls or Applied Physics and

Instrumentation or Qualified Craft Technician (Instrumentation) or 3 years working experience in a related discipline.

 
Remuneration Negotiable. Dependant on training and previous experience. Company vehicle and all test equipment & tools to complete the job provided.
